If the mistake is on our end, kindly take photos of the defective item or the incorrect case you received and include them in your initial email, along with a detailed explanation.

Please note: Personalized products are unique and crafted specifically for you. As such, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any customized items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

We do not provide refunds for items returned without a stated reason or for returns initiated without prior contact with us.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method you utilized for your purchase.

Be aware that all shipping costs associated with returning an item are the customer's responsibility.

When returning a product, ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and clearly marked as a “RETURNED ITEM” to prevent any confusion.
